Done with Embr? No hard feelings. This wipes your account and the data tied to it for good. Since we can't recover passwords or restore deleted accounts, there's no undo — so make sure this is what you want.
Account deletion is authenticated — you must be signed in. This stops anyone else from requesting deletion of your account.

Why no web form? A public web form that accepts a userid would let anyone submit a delete request for someone else's account. To protect users from impersonation and harassment, deletion only happens from inside the app, where you're signed in, or via an email we can verify came from you.
If you genuinely can't get into your account (forgotten password, lost phone, etc.) and you added an email address to your profile, email info@foxcybersolutions.co.in from that exact email address. Include your @userid in the subject line.
Limited records may be retained where required by law, by a binding legal request, or to investigate abuse — for the period required, separated from the deleted account, before automatic erasure. See Privacy → Retention for the full picture.

Account-deletion requests are handled by Foxcyber Solutions Private Limited under our Privacy Policy. Retention of safety, abuse-investigation, and legally-required records continues as described there. Requests that we cannot verify came from the account holder will not be actioned.
